Phyllis Quarles completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Colorado in beautiful Boulder, Co.  She has lived and worked with kids in Colorado, Washington, Vancouver and Calgary, and is happy to be settled now in Vermont.  She lives in St. Albans with her husband, two boys and beloved dog.  Phyllis's e-mail address is [email protected].
